Need help right now?

If something is blocking your booking, our support team can help while we investigate.

This page shows on-demand health checks for FBN Travel core infrastructure: public website, backend API, and database. Tap Refresh for the latest reading from our health endpoint. If a check fails and blocks your booking, use live chat or contact support.

What we monitor

Website frontend

Public Next.js site availability — search, checkout pages, and account flows travelers use to book.

Backend API

Laravel API that powers search, booking, payments, and supplier connectivity behind FBN Travel.

Database

Primary PostgreSQL store for bookings, accounts, and operational data.

On-demand checks

Status updates when you load or refresh this page — not a separate notification feed.

Incidents tab

Active incidents appear here when we publish them. No fabricated incident history is shown.

Need help now?

If status looks healthy but your booking fails, open fbntravel.com/chat or fbntravel.com/contact with your error and reference.

What does each status mean?

Operational: the health check succeeded. Degraded: partial or slow response. Outage: the check failed — try again after refreshing.

This page does not display supplier (airline/hotel) outages — only FBN platform layers we probe directly.

When to contact support

Contact us if checks fail repeatedly, or if you see operational status but cannot search, pay, or receive confirmations.

For refund and policy questions, use fbntravel.com/help regardless of system status.

Status page FAQ

How often is the status page updated?
Each visit or Refresh calls our health endpoint and shows the latest result. There is no email alert signup on this page.
What does "Operational" mean?
The health check for that layer succeeded. Core features tied to that layer should be reachable, subject to supplier and network conditions.
What should I do if a service shows an outage?
Wait a minute, tap Refresh, and retry your action. If it persists, contact support via chat or phone with what you were trying to do.
Does green status guarantee my flight or hotel supplier is up?
No. This page monitors FBN platform layers only. Supplier availability is separate; support can help investigate booking-specific errors.
