Who can apply?

Airport service companies and teams that provide Meet & Assist, fast-track, lounge access, baggage assistance, family or elderly assistance, buggy service, or VIP airport escort at one or more airports.

What services can providers offer?

Arrival and departure Meet & Assist, transit assistance, fast track, lounge access, baggage help, family and elderly assistance, buggy service, and VIP airport escort — depending on your operational coverage.

When will we get access to the provider portal?

After FBN Travel reviews and approves your application. Portal access is granted only to approved suppliers; applications are not automatically activated.

Can we manage pricing and availability?

Yes. Approved providers use the Meet & Assist Provider Portal to configure services, packages, pricing, and availability for airports you operate in.

Are applications automatically approved?

No. Every application is reviewed manually. Submitting an application does not create live inventory or make your company bookable on FBN Travel until approval.
